Naming Scheme for Day 145 Samples:

EPI-XXX = Sample ID
_percmeth = indicates it’s percent methylation
-YZ = indicates first (Y) and second(Z) treatment

where: 0 = Ambient, 1 = Low pH, and 2 = Super Low pH
