==About KegDraw

  KegDraw is a Java application for drawing chemical compound structures
  and glycan structures with capabilities to search against the KEGG databases.

==Changes in this release

  - Tools/Search Structure menu has been changed to the selection of either
    SIMCOMP or SUBCOMP instead of LIGAND or PubChem.

==Requirements

  - MacOS X 10.2.8 or higher
  - Java 1.4.x

  or

  - Windows XP
  - Java 1.4.x

  or
  
  - CentOS Linux 4.3
  - Java 1.5.0

==Installation and Running Application

  For MacOS X
   Simply drag and drop the KegDraw program file included in the disk
   image (KegDraw-*.dmg file) or into your local disk.

   Start KegDraw by double clicking the KegDraw program file.
   
  or

  For Windows
   Simply expand the KegDraw archive file(KegDraw-*_for_Windows.zip file).
   
   Start KegDraw by double clicking the KegDraw bat file(KegDraw.bat).

  or
  
  For Linux (CentOS)
   Simply expand the KegDraw archive file(KegDraw-*_for_Linux.tar.gz file).
   
   Start KegDraw using the following command.

    > cd [Installation Directory]
    > ./KegDraw.sh

   - You need to set the browser program path first time.
     (Open the preferences panel (Menu bar > Help > Preferences).)
