Transcriptome Annotation - C.bairdi Transcriptomes v2.1 and v3.1 Using DIAMOND BLASTx on Mox

Decided to annotate the two C.bairdi transcriptomes , cbai_transcriptome_v2.1 and cbai_transcriptome_v3.1, generated on 20200605 using DIAMOND BLASTx on Mox.
